STUDENT VISA REFUSAL-Please Help!!!

Hi all,

I am from India, I applied for Canada Student Visa on 1st April, 2015 received refusal on 24th April, 2015. Reason for refusal is -

-Copy of IELTS score Documents missing.

But the document was attached from my end.
I have photocopy of all the documents that was submitted at the Visa Office.

My classes are starting from 11th May, 2015.

Is there anything I can do about it?

Looking forward to hearing from you guys.

Should I re-send my documents with rejected application file and copy of IELTS score?
I am sure it's not a big deal as I wouldn't have got admission in the college without appropriate bands
Does Visa Office contact you in case of missing documents?

I think the best way would be reapply again with all the documents.

I had all documents submitted at first place along with the copy of my IELTS score.

This is weird for me. Getting a refusal for a mistake that I didn't even make

You can try emailing the visa office to request they reconsider your file based on the fact that you did include IELTS results. However there's certainly no guarantee this will work.

With my experience.. don't apply again for same intake i.e may...
You applied with all documents ? r u sure?
you got rejection and ur reason is not effective, so do not worry, it is nothing. you will get your visa next intake for sure.
Just do one thing defer ur admisson for same course, and fee...
go for sept intake.
and write a very strong sop stating dat u applied with all documents. or attach ur documents clearly and carefully this time.
Moreover apply online this time.... u will hv all the track record, acutually vo's are insane dey made mistake themselves and put all shit on us..... so don't apply ppr visa go with online visa this time
and u will get ur visa for sure..

3 of us cross checked each documents 10 times, so I am 100% sure that I didn't miss any documents
I have no problem in reapplying but why should I waste my another 4 months, when I was all set to go?

you wanna try.. den you may....
but i advise u to apply for sept but u apply at the end of may for sept intake.. so you will get your visa in june .. so fly whenever u want.

I did send an email to Visa Office, on 24th April, 2015- Still waiting for reply!!

Sorry to hear about that.

Have you tried making "checklist" or something like "List of Documents" included in your application?

In my understanding, the best bet is to go for Sept Intake now. This time, also include strong reasons in your Statement of Purpose and also mention that your refusal was unjustified and you did include IELTS results sheet.

Look into CIC's own Checklist form IMM5483E and go through Get the right documents – Study in Canada

Otherwise, one can always hire a reliable and professional firm's assistance if you think you are doing something wrong multiple times.
