Hi,

I have done MCOM2 in GENERAL MANAGEMENT in 2011, and working in my own dads agency as a record management specialist.
i had few queries:

1) Should i opt for PG or MBA(BOTH IN FINANCE) in Canada because if i opt for PG wouldn't they ask that when you have done your masters why would you opt for lower level course?
2)I have also made my PR file ready and meet 68 points which i am planning to submit in January 2013, should i submit my student visa and PR file simultaneously in January 2013 intake?
3)Is masters and PG same?
4)Is doing MBA now better or doing pg in finance first and gain work experience for 2 years and later do a MBA in finance would b advisable?

I really need someone to help me on this.
Thank you

1) You should opt for a Masters. Taking a PG after you already have a masters doesn't make sense. This is a study mismatch which will very likely result in your study permit being refused.
2) They are separate processes and the applications have to be filed separately.
3) No - definitely not. Masters is higher and much better than PG.
4) Either option is fine.

1. MBA ( if you are planning to apply for PR then why to pay more amount of money for aboard study, Get your credential assessed in advance to know the feasibility of prospective job in Canada)
2. Points might be different when new proposed plan comes to effect. Its wise to score higher score in IELTS and take your points more than 71 to be in safer side if new proposed plan come to effect.
3. No not same....
4. As per your opinion...

2.

I was planning instead for Masters in finance in some good universities? Can anyone help me with good universities which doesn't have GMAT requirements....
I am going as a student before applying for PR so that i get a nice job in finance field before landing there.
