i came to canada for studies in may 2005 . i studied in a private college till march 2009 . In march 2009 i applied for work permitI inside canada and i got refusal in may 2009 . Then I was given 3 months restoration time and i applied for student visa that time . I got refusal in january 2010 stating that i am not a bonafide student etc . and i came back to india . I did a job in india for 7 months and from last 8 months i m free . Now i want to apply for student visa again . I got overall 6 band in academic ielts in jauary 2011 . Can anybody guide me about the chances of getting study visa for canada again . please reply thankx .
