Student Visa Question

Hello

I have Bachelor of science in electronics, and i want to study MBA/CPA in Brock university.

1. I understand i can receive visa refusal because it is not related to my Bachelor, but i worked for many years as self employed selling retail and wholesale products (have my registered brand in US), do you think if i can get proof from my accounted i can receive visa approval?

2. I understand that CPA is problematic as it connected to Canadian financial system so it raise a red flag but what if i mention only MBA as CPA is only a major?

3. I understand i need proof i return to Israel, if my grand parent have here a property and i am only grand child and i their "will" is to my name (hate to write this but really want to get away from where i live), do i need to mention this and give proof to increase the chances for approval?

Dear you need to show documented evidence about your job description it is very important to depict that you have been employed in marketing profession. Your salary slips or sales invoices in case of self employed and your income tax returns would be of prime importance in your case.
