STUDENT VISA... pls help

HI guys! iI'm currently in BC and would like to ask few things about getting student visa:

1. what state has the shortest waiting list to enroll?
2. aftr enrollment, how long will it take to get the visa processed?


i hope you can give me answers because my brother wants to come here to study and hopefully work part-time too. thaks so much.

im not sure about the shortest enrollment thing,
but personally my visa extension has been taking 3 FULL months and still hasn't reached me,
nor did they give me any information about the progress.

i would suggest your brother to start working on your application ASAP.
also if he works part time as a student, he would need a Work-Permit as well
