So I'm looking to marry my girlfriend, she is from Brazil but her visa expires in 5 week. My divorce goes through in 7, if she over stays her visa for 2 -3 weeks to get married and then we apply for a spousal visa would this be ok? Or can we apply for an extension for a few weeks?

Do not not her go out of status. She needs to apply to change her status to visitor before her study permit expires. Pay the full PR fees and include the receipt in the extension app.
We can do this if her Visa was granted by Brazil? I am looking right now on the Visa website,we want to have her stayanother 1-3 months if possible as a Visitor. We should be married long before then, after that I will apply for an Immigration visa.

Don't really understand what you are saying. Brazil didn't grant her a visa to Canada...
As I said, she needs to apply to change her status to visitor.
