Student visa help needed please.

I was applied for visitor visa in September 2017. On base of 10th grade. Because of my froud agent. I was completed my bechlors but he told me that u have to add job in your file so we will only apply on 10th and after than we show 5yrs job. He took almost 80000/-rs from me and applied for visa and rejected after a month. Can someone help me how can i prepare my student visa file now i cnt understand that how can i prepare my file please help me. Is there any other way possible that i can apply for student visa easily. I also have a ielts now after my visa rejection i was applied for ielts exam and i got 7.0 . Someone please tell me that how can i prepare my strong file and truly i have the interest in study there.. Thank you. Milan dave.

It's a very complicated situation. You lied in your first study permit and committed misrepresentation - so very difficult to say how you should apply the second time. It doesn't matter that your consultant encouraged you to do this - CIC will hold you responsible for all of the information in the application.

You may want to consult with good immigration lawyer in Canada to find out what you should do.

Thats right but i dont know that things when i was applied for my visitor visa before and because of my girlfriend i was just want to go there and meet her. But now the situation is difficult for applying student visa or work permit. Can u have a any good consultancy which helps me to go through this situation..? Because i just want to meet my girlfriend first i dnt have any other priorities in my life. Please if u have someone than help me out.
