i have student who is of Tibet origin. Actually the student is born & brought up in India (Dharamshala,HP) but the parents are from Tibet and they have got the refugee status from Indian Govt. The student has the Yellow passport(Identity certificate).Her visa application is refused. The reason is again generic. What she should do now
