Hello everyone!
I have a few questions about this issue.
My wife wants to apply to George Brown College, and I would like to live with her while she is getting her bachelors. What type of visa do I have to apply for? Should I have to apply at the same time as she does, or do I have to apply after she gets her student visa? I also would like to mention that I am a USA resident but not a USA citizen like my wife, my citizenship is from Mexico. How much money do I have to have in the bank for this process? Whats the cost for these two visas I will be needing? I have a bachelors in Computer Information Systems, will I be able to work in that field while my wife is studying?
And one more thing... In 2010 I wanted to travel to canada, but i had a little issue here in USA with the law and my case was still open. Canada didn't let me in the country because of that. They said, the only way I could go back to canada was until I could finish the car and finish my sentences, which I already did. It was a misdemeanor, I wasn't found guilty and it wasn't a conviction. Do i have to go through a special process? Some one told me I had to go to rehabilitation for that...
