Hey everyone
I hope I will find someone who will help me answering my question
I am from Libya and work in an African country (general manager) I have 2 kids ages 5 and 6 and they are with me
I want to send them to study in Canada with their mother. I want to know the process of getting visa for my kids
Thank you so much in advance

Thank you so much for your help. No their mother is not in Canada .. we are living in an African country as I work there and I want to send them to study in Canada

So first you need to find a school they can attend in Canada and get admitted. This would probably have to be a private school although some public schools in rural/small town areas might accept international students. Obviously you will need to show you can pay for their tuition and living expenses (at least C$40–60,000 per year).

If they don't have a guardian/custodian in Canada, their mother would need to accompany them as a visitor, meaning you also need proof you can support her without her having to work in Canada, unless she somehow qualifies for her own work permit (add another C$15,000 per year). Plus, they would all have to show family ties to Libya that will compel them to return there, which will be difficult if you are living in some other country. I don't know how often their permits would have to be renewed but that is something else to consider.

Overall this is probably not going to be possible unless you are extremely wealthy.
