I have completed my 12th in 2009 after that i have joined B.Tech but somehow in 2013 i dropped out from B.Tech due to backlogs.In 2013-16 i have completed my bachelor and from 2016 to 2018 i have done my masters with good academic record.Now i want to apply for Canada student visa.Can i get student visa after this 4 years(2009 to 2013) Gap?

You already have Masters so you need a strong reason to convince the visa office.
How can i convince to visa office? They will surely check my gap year. How to explain that gap? Please help me.
