Student visa approval

Hello there,

My name is Elson, I was working as a Junior Sysadmin on an IT Company in India after completed my post secondary schooling . Now i'm planning to study in Canada for Computer Networking Technician course. the question is i had read from several websites saying. there is a high chance for rejecting your study permit application because i have 2 years + academic year gap.
