Student Visa and work permit need help urgent

My queries are :-
1] I am 36 old looking for student visa ? am i eligible?

BE: 67%
12th : 60%
10th 57%
IELTS : 6.5

2]Also if yes can i sponsor my wife as a dependent while I am on student visa?
3]Please help with any cheap and best colleges in Canada or any provinces ?
4]Help me in choosing approved and cheap college having 2 years pg course?
5]Please help with good lawyer and consultants who can help us ?

Kindly help and guide as here in India we are not getting the right information. i have 8 years of experience

if u are planning to move to canada y not apply directly for PR....as u hav ample of work experience & plus u r married u can easily get a PR and
u will b benefited in various ways if u get the PR like.....
1. u and ur wife n ur kids can go there together n directly to canada no need of visa n all
2. after going there u can checkout various colleges urself before taking admissions
3. as u will b a canadian citizen Domestic student fees will b applicable on u which will save almost 60-70% of ur fees
