to qualify Under CEC i have to attain 1 year experience in my study field ? or any job can make my experience count ? I have done Pg diploma in info. and comm. technolgy from vancouver . is CEC has different rule for diffrent provinces ? last que after having one year expericne can u plz tell me processing time under CEC case ?

it is not necessary to have experience with in your field of study. However it may raise an eyebrow with the VO.
Current processing time is 13 months but most people are done before that. And this is a federal immigration so is same across country.

Your work experience doesn't have to be related to your degree. It does have to a job category that is qualified for CEC though.

The program is Federal and applies to all provinces, however, CIC says it doesn't qualify you to migrate to Quebec as they have their own program.
