i have an research internship in canada , i applied for temporary visa but i got SX-1 category and i need SW-1 category , how can i fix this ?

The category of the TRV doesn't matter. Did you get approved for a work permit?
I have an Invitation Letter as well as a Signed Internship Agreement from UQTR to work as a research intern for 4 months.
am i exempted from a work permit ? if yes this is no problem with sx category ?

The category of the TRV doesn't matter; it just lets you board the plane to Canada. What matters is ensuring you have the proper status granted by CBSA when entering Canada. I am not familiar enough with the rules regarding interns to comment on whether it is exempt from a work permit.
