Hello, I've been helping my sister find a school here in Ontario so she can apply for Study Permit. We are planning to apply with Public Service Worker (PSW) course from Everest College. All of our family members are now Canadian citizens and she was left behind during our original application for she got married. The PSW course is a 6 mos program. We chose PSW so she can help me take care of my baby once I give birth but we know this will be another process (care-giver class). We are planning to bring her 2 small children, 6 & 7 years old, to accompany her while she study. Her husband will not be accompanying her and they have property and bank account back home that proves their intention to come back. Plus, our family has been established here in Canada and we are helping her so the financial requirement is not a problem. There is also no reason for us to keep her illegally as we are abiding the authorized date she will be allowed to stay if ever she will be granted. She had previous FSW application in 2008 that was refused due to change in Ministerial Instructions and her work experience does not qualify in Class A, B or 0 of HRDS matrix. She is a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
If you can provide any feedback as to the probability of our study permit/temporary resident application, if it would likely be approved or refused would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
