I am from spain but i am in Canada!! I came to canada as visitor and then I got my study permit. Now i am in my home for vacation. My question is... Do i need to apply for the ESTA for my way back to Canada ? Thank you!!!

first an ESTA is for the USA which if travelling on a Spanish passport to the US then yes you would need an ESTA. Travelling to Canada on a Spanish passport you would need an ETA but Canadian government has delayed implementation until end September so for now no but given is only 7 dollars for 5 years many people just getting it out of the way. Also note if your study permit was issued after August 2015 you may already have an ETA.
