My friend student permit is flagged, she got to knew about this when she went for her SIN. She do not know what to do as she tried most of the things advice to her like calling IRCC but they do not pick up the call, do not respond to the emails, tell me the other ways to get it done. Please help

Why is it flagged? Would Service Canada not give her a SIN? Does her study permit allow her to work?
Yes they do not gave her SIN, her student permit allow her to work but it is because one of the officers forgot to clear that out of her permit which is why it is happening.
What do you mean officer forgot to clear that off her permit? Does her study permit have the wording on it that states she can work? She may need to apply to change conditions.
she got her work permit but she do not have SIN to get payed for part time job. ISA international student advisor says its normal and happens to some people.
How can she have a work permit if she is a student? That makes no sense. Her study permit will state if she can work part time or not.

look she has a work permit because her program supports CO-OP and its not for part time job it is for program related work also the service cannot pick up her record because of the flagged student permit and she doesn't need to make changes in her student permit she just need to get that flag removed from her permit but that's the thing we do not know how to do that.
So she has a co-op work permit (didn’t specify). She needs to work with her advisor and she was told it happens. Ask advisor what to do? There is a reason she is red flagged so she needs to find out why.

Her advisor told her to talk to her MP? An MP cannot remove a red flag. Her MP is her elected official where she lives. She is not a citizen or PR so all the MP can do is find out the status of her file. Your friend needs to call IRCC herself as it seems her school advisor is incompetent. The advisor’s job is to offer help.
Tell your friend to contact IRCC. You cannot contact IRCC for your friend. They will not do anything if it's not the actual permit holder that is contacting them.
I also know that but still im gonna the contact info of IRCC cause im new here and i do not know what to do and thats the same with her
No email. You have to call them. Agents cannot remove the flag only tell you why and what to do.
