Student permit denial

My application was recently denied based on the following reasons:

• purpose of visit.
• My family ties in Canada and in my country of residence
• based on my personal assets and financial status.

I applied as a minor and completed the custodian declaration form notarised both in Canada and in Nigeria. My parent wrote a consent letter for my sponsorship. I presented my parent documents indicating their financial status including bank statements, showing that they are capable of funding my 4 years of study in Canada and also presented their valuated properties as sources of funding my studies. How do I respond to these issues raised as i intend to reapply soon?​

How should they state family ties in canada ans purpose of residence? Are u currently residing outside Nigeria. Purpose of visit can be sorted in sop. Did u submit sop

Is the financial support in liquid funds? Is the money from a personal acoount and not a business account. Do you have family in Canada?

I reside in Nigeria. I submitted sop and in my sop i stated my purpose of visit was for studies

Is the financial support in liquid funds? Is the money from a personal acoount and not a business account. Do you have family in Canada?

The financial support is both in liquid funds and assets(estates and landed properties). The money is from a personal account and I have no family in Canada

really IRCC is really interested in how you are going to have access to liquid funds. A property can’t pay tuition.

You really need to read the GCMS notes with that many concerns.
