As long as your friend provides a letter stating that she has provided you or will provide you with the money and not mention it as a loan, I believe that will be fine.

The personal loan was put into an acct in my name in a Canadian bank .isn't better to
It is repayable over 10 yes without interest after my studies are completed .Isn't better
To say the truth

In which country did u apply?
If u dont mention loan and only mention that ur friend in canada is paying u that much money, CHC wil surely question why is he investing on you? They believe that no one other than ur blood relatives will sponsor u without expecting something in return.
If u mention a loan in canada, they would question how r u going to pay back loan.
In both cases they may think that u r going to work in canada to return money paid by frnd or taken as loan.
So be prepared to answer that how r u going to return money without working in canada.

CHC may feel that it would be difficult for u to return dollar loan by earning in local currency, so u will work in canada.
Why don't u transfer that money in ur own or ur parents bank account. I don't think there is any need to mention that you have borrowed this amount from ur friend.
But large transactions a few months before visa application can also raise questions.

The money is already in an acct in my name only in Canada
And I an getting a notarized loan agreement .yes I think manila embassy wants
To see 2 years bank statements from parents if they are paying or I am without
Loan.
