Student loan and Visa issue - India

Hi everyone.
The bank that I am going through will not give me my student loan unless I get my visa approval and for my visa to get processed i need to show proof that I have utleast paid my first sem and GIC fee .. Help please. I am not sure what to do and how to go about from here .

The bank that I am going through will not give me my student loan unless I get my visa approval and for my visa to get processed i need to show proof that I have utleast paid my first sem and GIC fee .. Help please. I am not sure what to do and how to go about from here .

General procedure is after getting admission from college we will apply study loan.

Then the sanction letter need to produce in visa application, stating source of funding as bank loan.

Without bank loan means you have to pay at least GIC and 1 sem fee along thing with your sponsors bank statement and IT returns.

Visa officials are need to convince you are ability to pay fee and living expenses.

It is weird they are asking visa earlier. Normally they will not ask, they will ask visa when releasing the amount.

Im not sure why they are doing this ... Its some new rule .. All nationalized banks follow this .. I want to know if anyone else is facing this and what is the solution
