31st july dropped all my documents at VFS - Hyderabad

Have you taken GIC ? chances are good.

Why did you applied in general category then ?

If you hit the basic criteria, its good.

Then comes the point where you prove that you would go back to your home country after you finish your course.

I believe SOP is a game changer.

my consultancy made me apply under general because of my backlogs ., i had 13 on a whole ., so they told visa chances are more if u apply through general

It hardly takes 5 minutes to get the idea from an SOP.

but iv been reading about a lot rejects because the officers dont believe or feel that the student wont go back to their home country.

The only way you can prove that you would go back to your home country and have strong ties with your home country is through your SOP.

Of course I have included a sop of 1 page...

My bro works in canada ., is that a problem for my visa ?

.

Even my bro works in Canada. Tho he is a PR now.

As long as your brother hasent done any thing illegal and you have provided the right information about him. It should be fine.

My sister is a PR in Canada. If you have a good profile , chosen course is relevant to your previous and if you are financially good...no one can stop you.
