Does anyone know why a transaction is not approved to pay online fee for student visa extension? There is no explanation of what is wrong; therefore, I don't know how to fix it and can't finish my application process.

When you called your credit card company, what did they tell you was the reason for the rejection of the charge?

Most of the the Reason for Not Approved is Address. Write the Exact address you have in Bank records Specially postal Code.
My credit card company said that CIC did not contacted. The problem I guess is that the address format is not compatible with my address back home, it did not fit entirely.
Also, I have a friend who had the same problem and he solved when used a canadian credit card.
My new question is, will it work if I use a canadian prepaid card? because it was the only one I was able to apply in my canadian bank.
