i am an Indian citizen having Canada tourist visa for 10yrs since 2017. i been to Canada 2 times for short period of time to visit only, on my last tour was in 2019 where i got married in Canada with an international student and came back to India. She was in last year of her 2 yrs diploma and about to apply for work permit for me and herself , both together after finishing of studies in April 2020, but covid -19 delayed everything.
Our family knows each other, but now some problems are coming into our relation and result came on divorce from their side...
i am wondering if i can get any help here.
**** I just want to know what are my options after the divorce.
' **** Any problem on my tourist visa or any next step i take to live legally in Canada after divorce.
*** Procedure and documentation for divorce as marriage was registered in Canada.
**** Any extra document i need to save myself if something happen in future.
