Student and spouse OWP extension

Hi all,

I'm finishing my M.Sc. next August and my wife's open work permit finish in September 1st, as well as, my study permit. I already was accepted to continues my Ph.D. in a different province and I need to apply for the extension of the study permit. My question is, how I do the application for the extension of my wife's OWP? Should be together with my study permit application as was made it the first time?

If anyone already did this please will be great if you can help me.
