Hi I am going to apply for a masters in education in canada. and I am trying to go alone with my husband and daughter as dependants.
I am worrying whether we all can apply together. is there a possibilty.

further, I studies in UK my BA after two years my college bankrupt and we were asked to apply for another colleges. as it was a middle of a semester it was hard and what I did was did the final two semesters through a institute that allow distance learning. and as we planned to move on to the country I got pregnant with my daughter plus I had visa till April. so I continued my program in distance learning method. And delivered my daughter by january and we went through some jabs as we planned to leave when she completed 3 month and booked tickets after mid of april she got sick with fever. then the ticket we promised to buy we had to given up and the next available budget ticket we got is after 6 days of the date we had in our visa.

we didnt have a choice with availble money. further when we explained the situation to the UKBA officers in Heathrow they did not stamped us for overstay.

So I am wondering will this be a issue now when we apply for Canada?
Please help me to get an insight.

Thank you

That shouldn't be a problem going with your husband as a Dependant but now you have a daughter(very young child) in the picture.. the VO might think you may not return

and also, will think you won't be able to study without working to take care of your child(except you have to show proof of enough funds)

with you husband as a dependant isn't an issue but with a very young child increase the chances of getting a refusal except you would apply through a different Visa category

..for your second question, it won't be a problem but for the first question, your young child might be a problem and not your husband

Not sure if I agree. Getting into teacher's college in Canads is very competitive. There is never any guarantee that both your husband or child will be approved for a visa (TRV or OWP) to accompany you. I would see if you get into teacher's college first because there is no guarantee that you will get in.
