You can leave and she can report it to immigration. Whether they do anything about the report depends on the relationship history and whether it appears genuine or not.
You probably don't need to be concerned about your PR status in that case.

OP already has PR.
Moving to a foreign country is hard, living with someone full time even if you love this person can be hard too. There is no risk for your PR status (the status is not conditional), but try working on your relationship. You both might need time to adjust to each other.
You have been here for only a month and you are already stressed. Relationships need time. One would assume the relationship to be a fake one. A sponsored person cannot sponsor spouse for 5 years after the date of divorce.
Or maybe the PA used the sponsor to get a PR? Why would the PA want a divorce right away after landing in Canada? Give it time and work on your differences, maybe you've changed once you got to Canada? and the sponsor got stressed? It just sound suspicious that you would want to break everything up unless the sponsor was violent and threatening you. May I ask you from what Country you emigrated from?
That's incorrect. The 5 years bar on sponsorship starts on the day that the potential sponsor became a PR. Date of divorce is irrelevant.
Judging a person based on your own point of view is also irrelevant. I was really stressed! But i will also give time as a suggestion. I am worried that i have nothing to do back home. I also dont have a plan to marry other girl in here. It was really traumsatic
