Does anyone has info on when Canadian government reviews the number of ITA's issued? Is it annual like in January every year.

As per what I followed from news, Canadian Govt. is willing to accommodate more and more immigrants due to shortage of existing workforce.

So, I think in future, they might be easing out or lowering the desired minimum CRS score.
What do you think?
