Strange PPR request

To anyone who may be able to advise- I’ve applied via express entry CEC. I listed in my application my common law boyfriend, who is Canadian, as a family member. Alls been well, but I just got my PPR email on Dec 4, and my boyfriend got the exact same email. Has this happened to anyone else? Surely IRCC doesn’t think that my Canadian boyfriend (whose passport scans we uploaded) is also applying for PR? Any help is much appreciated.
