So I am noticing this strange behaviour in numbering of applications for study permit. In first week of September, students were given application numbers starting with S3054... but mid September IRCC started to issue numbers which were supposed to be from June-July i.e. S3051..., S3052...
I don't have the exact date when this started to happen. I cannot find any reason as to why this is happening.
Is this normal?
