You don’t offer yourself. No such thing as a sponsorship visa unless your spouse is Canadian or PR. You are eligible based on age, educaiton (Need degrees assesed), language (need IELTS), work experience and funds. Given your age you will not be eligible for Express Entry. Look at PNP programs and see what ones you would be eligible. You would need a job offer. So you would need to find a job.
