Stolen Passport - What pages to be included

Hello Guys,

I am not sure I am in the right place to ask this question. But, I am planning to submit my application for Citizenship. My previous (not expired) passport was stolen, so I don't have the old passport but I do have the photocopies of front, back and Canada visa pages and in my new passport I don't have any stampings. So please suggest me what to do with the old passport and do I need to put all the pages of new passport?
