Still waiting for Student VISA

We have applied for a Study Permit for my wife and a work permit for myself on Nov 23 2020 though a Agency in Kerala. Done the Visa medical from Kerala and the Biometric from Abu Dhabi on Dec 14 2020. We were applying for the Jan intake and as there was no progress in the VISA, we deferred the course to May and then to September. As per the information on the IRCC website the Medical was approved on the Dec 29 2020 and the status is still showing "SUBMITTED" does any one else facing the same situation. Kindly advise what else can we do. We have already submitted a webform with the new Offer letter.

what is the status on eligibility? contact your agent and ask about it if the information is not known. One advice from me would be ordering gcms notes and looking it up to see the progress of your application. I have seen some other people here who faced the same situation and they were looking forward to withdrawing their application and resubmitting a new one. Don't know whether it helped or not. wait for the replies from others.

Its showing " we are reviewing the whether you meet the eligibility requirement" its was same from the day one. Just the Medical and Biometrics are marked as done and completed.

Do you have access to your GCKey or you rely on your agents for updates?
Order your GCMS notes, you've waited too long. Order yourself not through your agent, just so you are sure they are not playing you.

Yes I do have the access to the GCKey. I have ordered for GCMS notes as well, not to sure whats happening

can u show screenshot of your gc portal application ? hide any personal info / numbers. also when did u order your gcms notes ?

notes will give you an idea what is going on... and it can trigger movement to your application as well..
