We received an email from CIC saying that they have mailed us a letter on 13th December. My mother-in-law said there is no sign of that letter. We are both now in asia on holiday till end of February. And I understand it is practically impossible to call them from outside Canada. What is the best method to find out the decision or even contact CIC for the result?
