Still Waiting for PR Card

Hi, Is there someone here with same situation as mine? I became PR last August 11, 2015 and still didnt receive my PR card
yet. I did my exit in the Philippines and then my confirmation of residency was signed in Vancouver. I already called CIC many times but all of the agent I talked to are saying that I just need to wait for it to receive in mail. They said that there was no problem in my file about the PR card and they just need more time because of too much applicants. CEC under express entry. Thanks.

My wife and I landed August 27, and neither of us received our cards.

I called two weeks ago and got a letter last week.

Her PR card was rejected due to photo - the letter arrived today. Mine was rejected because they did not believe my height. I faxed them back that it was correct, and included a photo of me to prove it.
