still waiting for my visa

its been more than 4 months now since i applied my study visa at islamabad embassy
and i havent recive any answer
my classes has been started also from 2 days
i did fax
i did e mail
no response
y they are holding my visa

Did you gone through medical check up. I don't think so they will hold your visa just write them I am sure you have ur application file number once your submitted your visa application you got letter and passport back in the passport there is file reference number is written
