Still not yet received my PGWP for two weeks after it has been approved

I have received a digital letter on August 1st, saying that "my pgwp application has been approved and a secure document has been mailed to me". But up till now, I haven't received my pgwp. I think it should take only several days to mail. So I am very worried about that. I am in Ottawa. Could you guys tell me why that? How can I check where is my PGWP? Thank you!

Hi @Gary_Z I'm in the same situation and haven't received PGWP in mail. Please suggest?

You can't check but 2 weeks is not that long, would give it at least 1 months then call IRCC.
