Still not receiving eCoPR 3-weeks after uploading address and photo

Any news, guys? Im calling them since last week, but wasnt able to talk to an agent. I already sent a webform but nothing yet.

For me it took very long..
I got uploaded pic and documents on June 22 and got eCOPR on august 07.

Sorry taking so long to reply. I received my eCOPR on July 29, on september 3 I got my son's PR card and yesterday (13/09) I received mine.
