Still E-CAS status "IN PROCCESS

This is my E-CAS status information:\
We received your application for permanent residence on October 5, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 30, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 28, 2012.

By the way My VO is Cairo.

Although my application started processing for more than 2 months,But Im still waiting for MR.
Is is normal timeline.Do I have to send inquiry to VO or I have to be full of patient.

Your application was reviewed and start processing your application on April 3.2012, lam with Damascus being transfered to Ankara lam on the same boat .. l think it shouldnot take more then 3 months but you never know it dependes on the VO... lets cross our fingers to get this done fast...
