I would appreciate some help you guys, I am desperate here. Please if you know, gimme a shout:

Its my husband here in Canada who is sponsoring HIS father in Fiji:

for the IMM008 - The instructions say (Under Dependant) to list all family members. My question is: He has brothers and sisters who are in their 40's and have great jobs. Do I still have to put them under here??? They do not DEPEND on the father (who is the applicant)

for the IMM5669 - The instructions say the form also has to be completed by his dependent chldren aged 18 or over. My question is: THEY DO NOT DEPEND ON HIM AS THEY HAVE JOBS. Do I still have to put them on this one???

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SOMEBODY SEND ME SOME INFO. CHEERS !

If they are not dependent (ie rely on him for things), then they do not count as dependents. Also the section is only for dependent children (even though it says to list all family members, immediately after it says that you must list your spouse/common law partner, and any dependent children)

Makes sense now, thanks !!!!!! xoxoxoxo

I realize that there is anothing form, which DOES ask for my father in law's (Additional Family Info) Sister, brother . . even half sister and brothers.

Cheers !! I love this form!

From what I understand as of November 2011, you can't sponsor parents anymore for PR.

I got forms in the mail saying I have 90 days to fill out all these forms (list given by them) as they are now ready to process.

I started the application back in 2008.

you are on right track farzana
