MAYBE THIS ONE MAY HELP, I THINK THIS IS THE STEPS FOR PROCESSING OUR DOCUMENTS IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN.

CIO
1. reviews your application to make sure that:[/color]
•all required fields in your application forms are complete,
•all required documents are submitted from both the CIO document checklist (IMM 5612), and visa-office-specific document checklist
•the correct processing fee payment has been made
NOTE : If the documents is complete and correct
CC/BD will charge.
NOTE: If your application is incomplete and the occupation you are applying under has reached the allowable limit under category 1
your entire package (including your payment) will be returned to you with a letter explaining why it is being returned.

2. Eligibility Review An officer will make an final determination of eligibility of your application to determine whether:
•your application qualifies for processing under one of the two categories described in the Ministerial Instructions
NOTE : If your application qualifies for processing, you will be sent a letter(1ST AOR) that:
•notifies you of this fact and provides you with your reference number, submit all documents in VISA OFFICE

NOTE: If your application does not qualify for processing under the Ministerial Instructions you will be sent a letter that:
•provides the reason why your application is not eligible for processing
•confirms that a refund for the procssing fee will be issue

i m having the same querry..
anybody there who can clarify.!!!!!

IT IS THE SAME DOCUMENTS THAT WE SUBMIT IN CIO BUT THIS TIME THE ORIGINAL ONE OR NOTARIZED(certified true copy) BECAUSE THE VO OFFICE WILL CHECK IF THE DOCUMENTS THAT SENT IN CIO IS THE SAME DOCUMENTS AS YOUR ORIGINAL. IT'S MY OPINION.

Every visa office has its specific requirements. Go through the respective visa office website and search visa office specific instrution, you will find the list of documents you have to submit during the full docs submission.

cheers

But i feel as they have already asked for all the documents both from the CIO & VO list, now they are not going to ask for any other document except the RPRF and PCC(this one only from post 4/8 applicants who havn't submitted their PCC yet)
I guess the role of VO this time is just to do the background checks and check the authenticity of the documents.
Also in EG7, its nowhere mentioned to send another set of documents to VO, they simply mentioned to keep a photocopy of all the documents for our personal records.
Its my opinion..

i decided to give my original copies and sent it withmy application to cio??does it mean it will be a problem once my document is in VO Manila.?? I just did and followed my VO Manila requirements so all of the original are there...
