Steps once app sent in

Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone could tell me step by step what to expect from here on in. Sent in Application for Outland spousal sponsorship today. I'm Canadian citizen. Husband is greek citizen. No children for both of us or previous marriages. So I figure pretty straightforward.

So when should I expect to hear back? Or get some updates? What steps occur from sending app in to getting PR status?
