hi got the explanation now.thanks.but what is ur ecas status now as ur file is already reviewed and transferred to london office.
MY ecas status is application recieved on 25 nov 2008 so I think they have yet to decide aout my eligibility.
Also I am trying to prepare papers so can u advice for reference letter for our profession?

My ecas status says Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE. So I guess im at step 2. Still a loooong way to go, but at least its moving right?

Reference letters are supposed to be written by your supervisors, department heads, seniors, etc. whom you have worked with directly. You can ask them to write a reference letter for you, stating what your duties and responsibilities are in the workplace. To speed things along, I found that it was easier to write them a draft so they'll just have to copy and sign it. But be sure its written in company letterhead.

actually that is what my senior is saying to write the draft according to my need and he will sign it.Earlier I was in apollo delhi so their also no problem.the problem is one of the company which is closed.I have appointment letter ,relieving letter and experience letter from there but since it is closed everything from there in back date only.Now I am thinking to get the reference letter from my seniors who were there with me and now they r working in reputated delhi govt offices so if inquiry comes no problem.Do u think it will work?any other atternative u suggest?

I too have back dated referrals from senior colleagues who are no longer in the country, I will try to contact them but if all else fails I will still opt to send the referrals that I already have on hand.
