As we can see there are many threads about file applied, acknowledgement letter, file submitted, medical passed, Visa approval etc....
While reading the all threads i got some ideas about the time and steps.
As we can see in most cases(not for every case) :-
(1) when they applied their file in VFS after 14-15 days they get acknowledgement.
(2) After acknowledgement letter they link their file to online GC-Key account for getting updates(for offline only)
I also got my on the 15th day after applying.
(#online applicant got their acknowledgement on the day or after 1-2 days.)
(3) After 12-15 days of acknowledgement they get updates about their medical passed.
(4) after the medical passed they get their approval or rejection within 10 days.
