Hi, I am a bit confused. All of the information I find seems to be for the paper based submission by the panel physician. When you complete the e-medical enabled physician, what do I upload as a "proof" in my ita section? Do I wait for results to appear somewhere?

Thank you

They should be uploaded automatically.

Upload your e-medical slip. Your results will be uploaded at max by 2 weeks.

So where would I be able to check that they are uploaded?

As I stated previously, your doctor will give you an e-medical slip. You just need to upload this document. The concerned hospital will upload your test results. You will not have any access to these results. If your doctor feels that you should have some extra tests, he will tell you so. Your medical results are upload after a week or so.
