Step by step procedure and where to pay fees for an ECA under FSWP

Hello guys!

I am foreign pharmacy professional from the Philippines and I need to know the exact procedures on how to have my educational credentials assessed. I see no clear procedure as to where I can send them and where to pay for fees.

Also, when I download an ECA form, it says that I should have previously sent my credentials to PEBC.

Is this correct?

1.) Send my transcript of records to PEBC, and then what do they do next? Follow up q: should my school send it directly to PEBC?

2.) And then when do I fill up the request form for ECA?
