How to get to a page to submit the record extension application? I am struggling with comprehending the online submission process for record extension for a visitor.

I would like to extend stay of my mother who stuck with me in Canada, as her home country cancelled air-flights until at the least for a several month due corona-virus.
The supposed transit country is likely to follow the suite.

I downloaded the application form, (help her) register with the CGKey. How to get to app submission page online?

I understand I can mail but the website says online is the preferred method

Go to start application; Select apply to come to Canada
Select Visitor/study o work permit
Start filling the questionaire which will create a checklist for you
