Stayed as refugee in canada, Does it affect Immigration

Dear Friends,
I stayed as refugee in canada for sometimes, I left canada when Canadian government asked me to leave... now I am in India and planning to apply for canada immigration. My wife is the principal applicant. Will this affect the immigration process??.PCC from canada has reached New Delhi but they are not disclosing the details.
