Hi,

I am a SINP applicant, sponsored by a relative. After I am Canadian PR, I went back to my home, got married. I sponsored my wife. She got visa for PR. She will come Canada in mid of December.

I am planning to move out of Saskatchewan {because of job.} Can I do so ? Do I need to stay in Saskatchewan ? if yes, how long ? Does my wife need to stay in Saskatchewan ? if yes, how long ?

I get conflicting results. Some say, Yes i can move out of province. Some say - No, I can't move out of Saskatchewan. Please help me.

Unless you are part of the provincial nominee program that requires you to stay in that province I "think" you should be able to move. Maybe someone else knows for sure and can provide more info.

If you move out of province that quickly, I believe your sponsoring relative will be the one penalized. I believe they won't be allowed to sponsor any further relatives.
