Dear experts,
I have a question, and I was hoping if you could help. There are two statuatory questions in the personal forms:
Has ()ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country? and
Has () been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
I was once refused TRV, because of filling out the wrong form. I was already in canada legally on study permit during that time. My TRV was expired, I applied for the new one and It was rejected as I filled out the wrong form. I was wondering, should I say yes to both the question?
Thanks!
